Private university in Madaba, Jordan, about 30 km southwest of Amman, established in 2011 and opened to students in 2013. Founded by the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem but open to students of all backgrounds. Uses English-language instruction and an American-style credit-hour system, and is accredited by Jordan's Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission. Faculties include Engineering, Business, Arts and Sciences, Information Technology, Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, Law, Languages, Nursing, and Architecture and Design. Enrollment is in the low thousands.
