• Utility Planning and Design — rating 1/5, difficulty 3/5: There is nothing good to say abt this prof. He can barely speak english but is determined to teach in it. His accent is extremely difficult to understand. No one got above a 70. he chooses people that he dislikes and picks on them the entire semester. The material itself is not that difficult, but he is an extremely tough grader. If you misspell a word, he will count it wrong.
